LaGuardia Airport – Delta Airlines

Foit-Albert Associates is currently providing architectural and construction contract administration services as the Architect of Record for Burns & McDonnell and Delta Airlines for the Demolition & Make Ready work at the existing Terminals C-East, C-West and D.

Project:
The project scope includes existing conditions documentation, bid documents for contract procurement, phasing and enabling design & coordination and coordination of the submission for Port Authority approval. This project is being coordinated with the simultaneously occurring LGA Airfield Reconfiguration Program which is a development and reconstruction of the entire LaGuardia Airport in Queens, New York. The extent of the project includes the phased removal and stabilization of approximately 220,000 -330,000 square feet per Terminal.
