Buffalo Public Schools Commissary and Warehouse

Foit-Albert Associates provided architectural services for the Buffalo Public Schools Central Commissary and Warehouse Alterations. This facility is not only a kitchen but also a manufacturing plant, which prepares huge numbers of meals daily to serve students of the Buffalo Public School System, Charter School constituents and other end users. The design focused on the expansion and reconfiguration of the administrative office, locker and toilet rooms, relocation of food storage and freezers, reconstruction of loading docks and reconfiguration of site plans.
