Responsibilities:
- Assist senior landscape architects in conceptualizing and developing design ideas, presentation materials, graphic renderings, and illustrations.
- Contribute your creative ideas and participate actively in design team meetings.
- Assist with design and production of construction drawings and models as well as reports, cost estimates, specifications, and other project deliverables.
- Provide construction administration services, including submittal review, RFI responses, site visits and quality control.
- Collaborate with diverse teams of architects, engineers, environmental scientists, and surveyors to bring projects to life.
- Help craft impactful presentations for clients, communities, and public agencies.
- Contribute to proposals and marketing materials to secure new projects.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent).
- Entry-level to 6 years of experience in landscape architecture, site/civil engineering, or related fields.
- Technical expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD or MicroStation, and Adobe Creative Suite. 3D modeling skills (Sketchup, Rhino, or other) and rendering software experience preferred.

Bridge Engineer – Albany or Buffalo, NY

We are seeking a Bridge Design Structural Engineer to fill an immediate opening in our growing Engineering Group. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of design experience, specifically in the bridge engineering field, and will be responsible for design and production of detailed structural drawings for a variety of bridge and road projects.

Survey CADD Technician

Seeking a Survey CADD Technician with a minimum of five years of experience with Microstation, AutoCAD and surveying software. Must be experienced with New York State Department of Transportation Land Surveying and Mapping standards, CADD drafting of boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, topographic surveys, utility surveys, record surveys and acquisition mapping. Carlson Survey software experience a plus.

Survey Project Manager

Seeking a Land Survey Project Manager with a minimum of eight years of experience managing various Land Survey projects, project personnel, interfacing with clients, survey calculations and property line determination and CADD drafting. Must be experienced with New York State Department of Transportation Land Surveying and Mapping Standards and be proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, Microsoft Word and Excel, with a working knowledge of Trimble GPS, robotic total stations and data collection. A minimum of an AAS in Surveying Technology or a BS in Surveying Engineering is required. New York State Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) a plus. Some field work and travel may be required.

Survey Crew Chief – Western New York

Seeking a Land Survey Crew Chief with a minimum of five years of field experience in Topographic, ROW, ALTA, and construction surveys. Must be experienced with New York State Department of Transportation Land Surveying Standards. Some travel throughout New York State may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform survey work involving boundary, topographic, utility, construction, laser scanning, GPS, and other surveys.
- Collect field data using total station, GPS receivers, high definition laser scanners, digital levels, etc.
- Instruct, manage, and direct Instrument Operator
- Verify the accuracy of measurements taken by your crew; keep accurate records, notes, and sketches of the work performed
