Design Build Services for Electrical Upgrades at the RFK Facility

Foit-Albert Associates was responsible for architectural and structural services for improvements to pre-engineered equipment enclosures at the following sites:

• Manhattan Service Building 5kV Substation
• Bronx Meter Room 5kV Substation
• Power Control Room 5kV distribution
• Queens Meter Room 5kV Substation
• Robert Moses Building 5kV Substation
• Bronx Service Building 5kV Substation
• Robert Moses Building Boilers

Foit-Albert also provided a topographic survey of the substation sites to support the project and structural design for a pre-engineered equipment enclosure.
