Erie County Senior Centers COVID Upgrades

Foit-Albert Associates, as a subconsultant, was retained to provide architectural and plumbing systems services needed to review and implement safety protocols as related to COVID-19.

Scope:  Our scope of services included site reviews and recommendations of COVID-19 protocols for twenty Senior Centers located within Erie County. Review of social distancing and other related operations.

Project Details This overall project involved review of the physical space and building systems to determine needs of individual Centers as they relate to addressing the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, a cost-effective scope of work for each Center was developed that included any needed HVAC improvements (to either modify, upgrade, purchase stand-alone units, or replace existing systems) and a listing of the materials to be purchased to comply with social distancing relative to Covid-19.
