A prominent place in Buffalo’s manufacturing heyday is the Bethlehem Steel site in Lackawanna. Uniland wanted to address the critical shortage of Class A industrial space in Western New York. 8 Dona St. is a 150,000-square-foot single-story industrial building with 36-40-foot-high clearance. Two out-of-town companies, Total Quality Assurance International and Max Advanced Brakes, have expanded operations there.
