Foit-Albert Associates provided a full-time, on-site architect to be responsible for the interior design development, build out, project oversight and relocation of Port Authority headquarter office space from multiple locations within the Port District, to 4 World Trade Center.

The required services involved management of the design of the office space, working with internal and consulting architects in developing, planning and designing a physical configuration that addresses the Port Authority’s needs and growth.
