Niagara Falls ADA

Foit-Albert Associates was contracted to complete various remedial improvements to City of Niagara Falls, NY owned facilities to bring them into the ADA compliance and conform to the Universal Federal Association Standards.

The scope required architectural, engineering and construction administration services.

Project Details Foit-Albert’s Architects and Civil/Structural Engineers inspected the existing conditions of sites and buildings, and then completed design documents to meet ADA compliance. The improvements of the approximately twenty-two buildings/sites focused on City Hall, stadiums, fire and police stations, libraries, parks, senior citizen center, parking ramps, parking lots, toilet rooms, signage, elevators, stadium seating, door hardware and accessible routes.

Currently, firm personnel are providing Construction Administration duties for the various improvements.
