Foit-Albert Associates and our sub-consultant team were charged with the design for upgrading building code and ADA accessibility deficiencies in the existing building. The scope also included added restroom facilities, a new lactation room and a new elevator, as well as renovations to some existing adjacent spaces.

The scope of Foit-Albert Associates’ services included architecture, site/civil engineering, survey, structural engineering and environmental design and documentation (lead, asbestos). A/E services were provided from schematic design to construction close out. Services provided by sub-consultants included M/E/P/FP engineering, door hardware consulting, cost estimating and environmental testing and reporting.
