West Road Bridge over Whetstone Creek – Bridge Removal/Replacement

Foit-Albert Associates, acting as prime consultant, was responsible for environmental design services associated with the removal and replacement of West Road Bridge (County Route 29) over Whetstone Creek in the Town of Martinsburg, Lewis County, New York.

The scope of services included environmental screenings for applicable considerations to identify the potential for sensitive environmental resources within the project area in addition to identifying specific areas requiring further technical studies.  Environmental procedure guidance as related to the scope of services was completed per the NYSDOT Environmental Manual (TEM) design procedure/project development requirements.
