Foit-Albert, as a subconsultant, provided personnel to monitor the construction and completion of the Red House Dam & Bridge project at Allegany State Park. Construction administration services included review of monthly estimates, daily reports, meetings, communication with Engineer-In-Charge for daily operations, review of health & safety plan, review and monitoring schedule.
