John F. Kennedy International Airport Redevelopment – Delta One Lounge & Delta Sky Club

Foit-Albert Associates is currently providing architectural and construction contract administration services as the Architect of Record for Arup and Delta Airlines for the new Delta One Lounge and Delta Sky Club at JFK Terminal 4.

The project scope includes existing conditions documentation, bid documents for contract procurement, phasing and enabling design & coordination of the submission for Port Authority approval, construction administration and closeout documentation.

This project is being coordinated with the simultaneously occurring Phase 2.5 Redevelopment projects for Delta at JFK Terminal 4.

The scope is a mixture of Core & Shell and interior fit-out to provide a new Delta One lounge for JFK Terminal 4 and fit-out for a new Delta Sky Club. The program requirements range from high end spaces to support and back of house spaces.
