Buffalo State College Moore Complex

Foit-Albert Associates provided design services for the Moore Complex Residence at Buffalo State College.

Environmental engineering services included a pre-renovation asbestos inspection, followed by asbestos abatement plans and specifications.

Scope of work for Phase I included investigation and analysis of current conditions and recommendations for the removal and replacement of lighting, sealant joints, steel lintels and other masonry related items. Construction was completed in August of 2015.

The scope of work for Phase II included a comprehensive existing roof survey to prepare bidding documents for total roof replacement, including roof in-fills, new roof hatches and new roof ladders.
