Hopson Road CR164 over Spruce Creek

Foit-Albert Associates was retained by Herkimer County to provide design services for the proposed Bridge Replacement Project identified as Hopson Road (CR164) over Spruce Creek, BIN 3308050.

This FEMA-funded project involved the replacement of the bridge carrying Hopson Road (CR164) over Spruce Creek in the Town of Salisbury to meet current NYSDOT and AASHTO bridge standards and County directions.

Survey and mapping along with investigation into the various environmental aspects of the project were included in the scope of work including interaction with Town of Salisbury, Herkimer County, NYSDOT, NYSDEC and USCOE.
