Heritage Point

The Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. designated Sinatra & Co. to develop 71,000 gross feet of space under the South Aud Block redevelopment project. The project consists of two five-story buildings with 61 apartments, restaurants, retail space and offices.

Sinatra & Co. contracted Foit-Albert to provide Boundary, Topographic & Utility Survey for the proposed limits to support the design of the complex.
