High-Definition Laser Scanning

Foit-Albert Associates has the capabilities to assist project architects and engineers by documenting existing conditions for projects with speed, pinpoint accuracy and detail as never before possible.  Using laser light to scan surfaces at a billion points per second, the resulting point cloud can be utilized in the design process to help define such things as concrete areas, expansion joints, structural columns and beams in need of repair.  The deficient areas can then be identified, analyzed and quantified to aid in the design of the repairs required.
