As Vice President of Architecture, Gwen leads her team, providing expertise to a varied portfolio of complex projects that range from historic preservation to animal habitats and husbandry spaces. Drawing on her skills as a Certified NYS Code Enforcement Official, she is adept at integrating quality design with innovative code solutions, using an understanding of the “why” of the codes to better inform the “how” of architecture. Gwen has been practicing for over 30 years and is recognized for her commitment to her clients, a passion for technical as well as design excellence, and a philosophy that, across the board, every day is a school day, fostering an environment that enables her entire team.
