Jerry coordinates all engineering staff to ensure that clients are given the best uniform service and product statewide. He assists in business development and, as an officer of the corporation, assists in corporate decision-making. Jerry has expertise in the development and analysis of Emergency Management Response Plans and is well versed in disaster planning, response, recovery and mitigation. Jerry’s eleven years in government included serving as Commissioner of the Erie County Department of Public Works. There he managed a staff of more than 300 individuals, including over 175 people in the Division of Highways, consisting of five districts covering more than 2,450 miles of County roads.
Mr. Bonesteel has over three decades of experience providing both public and private engineering services. He is experienced in design, project management and construction administration on a wide variety of engineering projects for state agencies, municipalities, developers, and public utility companies. He has been involved with numerous transportation, municipal, and private development projects that included bridge and highway design and construction, water and wastewater design, stormwater management, permitting, and site design and planning.
Deanne Pericak, PE, RLA, LEED AP is a Vice President overseeing the firm’s site/civil engineering and landscape architecture disciplines. Throughout her 20+ years of practice, she has used her expertise for conceptual site planning, hydraulic/hydrologic analysis, utilities, grading, SWPPP preparation, sanitary sewer, water mains and landscape design.
As both a registered Professional Engineer in the states of New York and Connecticut, and a licensed Landscape Architect, Deanne understands the infrastructure elements of a project as well as the natural aspects of the environment.
