As a multi-disciplinary architecture, engineering, environmental, and land survey team grounded in excellence and diversity, Foit-Albert Associates has been graciously accepted into our Queens and Manhattan neighborhoods through hard work and community outreach.  Our award-winning, MBE team strives to serve and support the complex structuring, restructuring and maintenance of New York City’s aviation, transportation, infrastructure, and building investments through both private and publicly funded agencies.

Foit-Albert has grown into the communities of Queens and Manhattan where building relationships that develop and sustain the fabric of the city is a mission forged from our founder’s passion for Historic Preservation in 1977. Foit-Albert’s current leaders thrive in contributing to that mission while upholding the diversity brought by our expansive growth in the talent of our team.  Today, we not only help in preserving our cities, we help them thrive in present and future growth. 

Our team has completed successful projects with NYC DDC, DASNY, DDSO, SUNY, OGS & MTA in support of transformational projects including LaGuardia and JFK airports, Stony Brook Medical Center, NYC Children’s Center Queens & Brooklyn campuses, and Elmhurst Hospital.
