Foit-Albert’s Forrest Rall Named to the Future 100 Class of 2022 by Metropolis Magazine

Foit-Albert Associates, Architecture, Engineering and Surveying P.C. is pleased to announce that Forrest Rall, a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo Class of 2022 and an Architectural Technician with Foit-Albert, has been named to Metropolis Magazine’s Future 100 Class of 2022.

Mr. Rall was nominated by Miguel Guitart, Assistant Professor at the University of Buffalo. Mr. Guitar noted that his portfolio incorporates “frequent themes of light wells and green infill, including his project Carved Illuminance, a stunningly daylit, green-roofed museum, designed with Raegen Lester.”

“We are so proud of all that Forrest has accomplished and that others are recognizing his talents.  We look forward to big things for him in the FAmily!”, said Foit-Albert’s Vice President of Architecture, Gwen Howard.

Metropolis Magazine debuted the Future100 program in 2021, which is sponsored by CannonDesign, Daltile, Formica, Interface, Keilhauer, Rapt, Sherwin-Williams, and SOM. The program recognizes the top graduating architecture and interior design students in the United States and Canada. The Future100 Class of 2022 students were each nominated by their instructor or mentor, with 56 interior design and 44 architecture students chosen by the Metropolis team.

“I am honored to have been selected to Metropolis Magazines Future 100 list. During my time at SUNY Buffalo I had the privilege of collaborating with peers and professors to hone my design skills towards a pursuit of ecological design and sustainable practices that I look forward to continuing in my professional career. Bridging the gap between the built environment and the natural environment is an important responsibility for all designers and it was great to see so many other students equally excited and passionate about sustainability,” said Mr. Rall.
