SUNY Albany Building 105 Core Upgrades and Arena Renovations

Foit-Albert was part of the team that provided building improvements to University of Albany Building 105 and the SEFCU Arena.

Scope:  Our scope of services includes structural design services.

Project Details: The overall project involves building improvements for Building 105 which is attached to the SEFCU Arena on the Uptown Campus as well as the complete redesign of the SEFCU Arena seating. These facilities require upgrades to meet modern varsity athletics standards and to improve the spectator/visitor experience and functionality for not only varsity events but also for University events such as Convocation and Commencement.
