Benjamin Kelly, Jr. Environmental Scientist.  Ben is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Southern New Hampshire University. He has previous experience as an environmental technician and joins our environmental group for field investigations and reporting. Mr. Kelly is based in the Buffalo office.

Christopher Cody, P.E., LEED AP BD+C, Senior Project Manager.  Chris joins the Building Systems Engineering group and is a mechanical engineer. He earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology and has over 15 years of experience with our colleagues at Erdman Anthony and as a Sales Engineer with an energy systems firm. Mr. Cody is based in the Buffalo office. 

Siddiqullah Noori, Survey Technician. Our Survey group welcomed Siddiq to their team this week. He earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Kabul Polytechnic University and has over 13 years of CADD and I.T. experience.  Siddiq went right to work mapping our exciting Stadium project.  Mr. Noori is based in the Albany office.

Kevin Au has joined the Building Systems Group at Foit-Albert Associates as a Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer. Kevin has seven years of experience in design, specs, construction documents and calculations in the mechanical and plumbing fields. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY College at Buffalo State and will be working out of the Buffalo office.

Michael Conti has joined the Building Systems Group at Foit-Albert Associates as a Plumbing and Fire Protection Designer. Mike has eight years of experience as a Plumbing/Fire Protection Design Engineer including design for cold & hot water systems, sanitary and vent systems, gas systems, and storm systems. He earned his B. Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY College at Buffalo State and will be working out of the Buffalo office.

Robert Seekins has joined Foit-Albert Associates as a Senior Electrical Designer. Bob has over 37 years of electrical design and construction experience. His experience includes high voltage equipment electric service sizing, power distribution, branch wiring, generator sizing, lighting, site and sports light, fire alarm systems, data networks, access control and security, stage lighting and sound. Bob will be working out of the Buffalo office.

Alan Worgo, PE has joined Foit-Albert Associates as a Senior Project Manager.  As a Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer, Al has over 32 years of consulting experience with extensive knowledge of local and national codes. His projects have included healthcare, high rise, university, airport terminals, K-12, office, industrial, and correctional facilities.  Alan will be working out of the Buffalo office.

Holly Johnson has joined Foit-Albert Associates as a Senior MEP Designer. Holly has over 25 years of experience including 12 years focused on highway and traffic signal design and drafting, and 13 years in MEP design and drafting with a focus on lighting, power, fire alarm, access control and security. Holly will be working out of the Buffalo office.

LaLuce Mitchell, RA has joined Foit-Albert Associates as a Project Architect. LaLuce has over 14 years of architecture experience with a focus on preservation architecture. He has worked on a variety of historically significant buildings and complexes throughout the Buffalo area including the Roycroft Campus and the Richardson Olmsted Complex, and is knowledgeable in State Historic Preservation (SHPO) guidelines. LaLuce earned his Professional Bachelor of Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Historic Preservation from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He will be working out of the Buffalo office.

Paul Adel Owusu has joined Foit-Albert Associates as an Architectural Technician.  Paul earned his B.S. in Architecture from SUNY at Buffalo and is working toward his master’s in architecture at UB. He has architectural internship / 3D modeling experience and will be working out of the Buffalo office.

Thomas DeGraff has joined Foit-Albert Associates as an Architectural Technician.  Thomas has over six years of architecture design experience and comes to Foit-Albert from Boston Valley Terra Cotta, where he completed over 60 historic façade restoration projects across North America. He earned his bachelor of science degree in Architecture with minors in Fine Arts and Environmental Design and his masters certificate in Historic Preservation from University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning. Thomas will be working out of the Buffalo office.

Tareq Nusair has joined Foit-Albert Associates as an Architectural Technician. Tareq joins the architecture group for the summer. He is working on his master in architecture & planning at the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning. He has five years of experience in architecture and design coordination with an international design and consultant company, working on mixed use, private and multi-family projects in locations throughout the world. Tareq will be working out of the Buffalo office.

Sirvan Lahour Pour has joined Foit-Albert Associates as a Senior Design Professional. Sirvan has over 10 years of architectural design and project management experience with commercial, hospitality and mixed-use projects. He earned his master’s in architecture from IKIU, Quzvin, Iran and also studied in Texas. Sirvan will be working out of the Buffalo office
